Why Is My Mac Asking For A Login To My Husband's Gmail Account
You can develop on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux with the MacBook Pro. It's the computer of choice at Mozilla because they support all three platforms and you can only (legally) do development on the platform with a Mac. 
Use whatever machine you want for you personal computer. Most languages you use will have compilers for both mac and windows. I personally use a macbook that I got off of craigslist on the cheapity cheap, but it honestly the type of computer you buy matters less than the type of pencils you buy.
I have Office 2013. Recently it keeps asking and asking for my password. I enter my password and tell it to remember my credentials, but it just keeps asking, and then stops asking, but says in the blue bar at the bottom that it needs a password. I cannot receive emails, I do not know about sending. I cannot change calendar items. This all started happening after I received an email from my U a few days ago. I went to Gmail to make sure all my mail had been forwarded (I have it set to forward to Outlook, but I check it periodically to make sure I get everything) for the first time since I reset my computer, and Outlook will not work now.
I repaired my Office installation, but nothing is working. I tried to repair the registry from here: HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software Microsoft Protected Storage System Provider, as described here:, but that key is not there.

Try opening Outlook in safe mode: Click Start -> Run or Hold Windows key + R, type outlook.exe /safe and then press ENTER. I don't know. I just type [emailaddress] @ outlook.com, and it (used) to configure it.
Now it can't reach it. Then it says something about trying with an unencrypted connection, but that fails too. I tried setting it up manually, but that fails also. I tried it with Safe Mode.
It didn't ask for the password, but it didn't fix anything either. I set up a new email address, and that synced fine, so I'm not sure if it was Gmail after all. I still need this address though, so I would like it fixed. It syncs with the Mail app fine, but for some reason it won't sync with Outlook. My Tech Blog: http://hosch250.wordpress.com/.
Hi, I apologize for the delayed response and thank you for getting back and taking time to share your responses. Disable all the add-ins associated with the Outlook application and check the results. You can access the Outlook 2013 add-in management window from the Outlook File menu; go to Options -> Add-ins: this view will show all active, inactive & disabled add-ins. If the issue still persists, then reset your account password and try configuring back.
Also check if you can configure the Email account with other computer and verify. Let us know the concerns over the issue. Thank you, but I have tried this. Anyway, I have set up a new Live (which was converted to Outlook) account and set my old one to forward to it and was able to import the new one. Also, I found out that MS had been updating the Outlook.com quadruplets to look and work more like Windows 8 on May 2, about when this started happening. I think that they may have somehow messed up my account somehow. Also, another person had this same problem; I, and I think the other person also, was not able to change my email address from the Change Email Address button, nor was I able to merge my old account with my new one.
