Why Wont Video Work On Mac For Youtube 3,6/5 7855 reviews

Jul 20, 2018 - We show how to download any video on your Mac, whether it's on. That videos will be taken offline in the future and you won't be able to.

I had same problem. I could not open you tube with Firefox, I could only see white screen & audio was good. I could see video again by doing. Left clickon the name of the uploader ( ID UPLOADFED) (if.setting button is dim on right clicking on standard video) 2.right click in the uploader window streaming video 3.choose 'settings'.

From the Flash Player's pop-up menu 4. Uncheck the 'Enable Hardware Accelaration' 5. Click close 6.Go back to previous window( your you tube) by clicking back button at standard tool bar, you will see working now =D> beermugNY 4/3/2011, 11:33 น.

Same thing recently happened to me. I downloaded google earth, and chrome installed itself without my consent along with google earth. I uninstalled chrome immediately so that I could get rid of it; I use firefox and did not want chrome installed. I started up firefox shortly after and found that youtube was now broken.

Black box where the movie should be, I right click to see 'movie not loaded' and the rest of the page loads fine. The strange part, embedded videos from youtube work on other sites, but I cannot view the videos while on Flash is also now broken in IE as well. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting. I got flash to start working again shortly (in firefox) for a few hours but now it is broken again for youtube. I even tried upgrading from firefox 3 to 4 RC1 but flash still will not work on youtube. It works on all other sites just not youtube. What really aggravates me is that I believe this is somehow related to google chrome.

Youtube stopped working as soon as chrome was installed on my computer along with google earth. I would really like to know if anyone finds a solution to this. Calderone 16/3/2011, 5:28 น. Glad to know I'm not the only one.

I'm using IE as well and I too am getting a black screen with no controls at the bottom. I can view and play YT videos on FB however - which makes me think it's not my flash player. I went ahead and updated Flash anyway, no change. This just started yesterday.

Youtube

I did notice a few days ago that if I posted a comment on someone's FB wall and included a YT link, my comment would appear but the link was stripped. Not sure what that's about either. Fifer123 16/3/2011, 9:53 น. Plus.for me (and I suppose, for others), the settings link is disabled, so you can't even get to the point of disbling hardware acceleration. The fix that worked for me (at least temporarily) is to just change the 'http' at the beginning of the URL to 'https'. The videos loaded properly for me, then. You will lose the ads and there may be a risk to the server.but at least the vids will work.

Still.YouTube and Google need to get in gear and fix this problem permanently. Anthony beermugNY 16/3/2011, 17:06 น. @beermugNY I actually stopped using Firefox when the Youtube issue started because I do watch Youtube alot. When I saw Firefox then had a new version I tried it out but still to no success of Youtube videos playing for me. Sonos app for mac laptop laptop. (This was just yesterday). I then by chance just figured I would try disabling Adblock and closed then reopened Firefox 4 and they started playing:) I'm so glad they did find a solution but for some like me who are still having issues hopefully this may be their problem:) eXero7 20/5/2011, 10:58 น.
