Onenote For Mac Screen Clipping
I have just recently tried Evernote, it is great, however, there are a lot of functionalities I love to when I use OneNote that are missing: folders, easy screen clipping with one keyboard shortcut and the note is in your current working section (I don't like the idea of every time clipping a section, Evernote creates a new note, there's no option), one important thing, even with the Premium package, you have only 500MB per month, not like OneNote, you have space as much as you want. Btw, a good program, it works everywhere, thanks!
Screen Clippings in OneNote – Tutorial and Instructions: A picture of a user taking a screen clipping of a Word document using OneNote. Doing this displays the “Select Location in OneNote” dialog box. Select the notebook and section into which you want to send the screen clipping. To insert a screen clipping in Office for Mac, click Insert > Screenshot. You can insert a screenshot from the gallery or add a new screen clipping to the document.

I've gotten this question a few times now and once more last night made me think this may be worth posting. Here's the situation. You have printed to OneNote, or made a screen clipping, or otherwise sent some data to OneNote.
We pop up a 'Quick Filing' dialog that looks similar to this: And it usually has a little checkbox at the bottom that you can toggle to have OneNote use your answer as the default and not prompt you any more: Both of these images are taken from our, by the way. Best cropping app for mac. Anyway, you may have answered that you want to send Screen Clippings to some section that later gets moved, deleted or you just change your mind where you want the clipping to go. If you have turned off that dialog, here's how to get it back. Click File Options and then click the Send to OneNote link, like this: From here you can make changes for the different locations, or set OneNote to prompt you each time. Pretty easy way to change your mind and get this dialog back (at least I think it is easy, but I may be a tad biased 🙂 ) I hope this helps. Questions, comments, concerns and criticisms always welcome, John.
