Quick Key Mac For Play And Pause Video

I don't know when exactly this started happening, but it was within the past week or two. The Rewind, Play/Pause, and Skip buttons (F7, F8, F9) on my Macbook Pro 13in. Have stopped working.

I read on other forums that they would work with a long delay in between pressing it and it actually working, but they have stopped working altogether for me. I also read about some quicktime program running, and I looked through my Activity Monitor on here, but haven't seen that.

I have all of the most recent updates on everything. Yesterday, June 3rd, I installed iTunes 11.2.2, which didn't affect anything in my iTunes. But this stopped working before that.
