Mac App For Watching Movies Reddit
I just got an Oculus Go a few days ago and I am super excited! One of the big reasons I got one is to be able to watch live TV, Movies, video content etc with friends that have them. I downloaded the NBA on TNT app and was pumped to be able to watch the Rockets v Warriors game tonight in VR with my buddy who also has an Oculus. However, after further research I do not believe you can actually watch with a friend on this app like the newest commercials show and am assuming that you are only able to do this with the league pass subscription or the games shown in Oculus Venues (can anyone confirm?) In fact, after browsing through many of the video content apps (Netflix, Youtube, TV room etc) I am finding that there are actually very few instances where you can actually view video content while connected with a friend.
Best DVD Burning Software for Mac - This is a versatile and all-in-one video solution tool, which performs better than other DVD makers on the market. Best cd dvd burner for mac.
ShowBox for PC and Mac Download: A perplexing app as it is, ShowBox is the best free online movie streaming app that you can found in the market which allows you to watch movies in HD. Terrarium TV has fully entered the field to kill the Showbox and KODI. If you are looking to watch Movies and TV Shows continuously on Android, iOS, Windows PC/Laptop, Fire TV or Firestick, Android Box, and many other devices, then, Terrarium TV App is the best option for you.
I know you can invite friends to your Oculus room and watch some content in the media area but I was disappointed to find out it is limited to movies you you purchase on the Oculus and facebook videos/pictures. Is there a work around or anything I am missing that would allow me and my friends to do this more frequently? Does anyone have any suggestions on some good apps that allow you to consume content while connected with friends?
I have spent a little time in AltSpaceVR which seems pretty cool but I have been able to figure out if you can connect with people to view video content. Even an app where you can connect and view the same browser window would be cool. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!! Visit AltspaceVR on your computer, create a private event, and invite your friends to meet you in the environment you choose.
You can also create an event while wearing the headset. AltspaceVR lets you show a browser on the giant screen, make games appear in your environment, etc.
For instance, you can make a painting game appear while the video plays on the giant screen as people (your friends move around and interact). Altspace is more interactive now so, for example, you can use your controller to throw a basketball through a hoop. Friends as Avatars can also join you to watch a YouTube video at. The screenshot on that page also shows that in addition to videos, you can bring photos and documents from your computer into the VR environment where everyone can interact with them as avatars. Mozilla Hubs works with any headset and on a phone or computer.
I feel like this is the biggest thing missing from the Oculus Go right now. There have been rumors for a while that Oculus TV will eventually support multiplayer but no signs of it yet. This would be great since Oculus TV is also where you can use sideloaded apps for things like Amazon Video and other streaming services that don't yet officially support Oculus Go. I think that you can view Hulu stuff from the Oculus Rooms media area as well. One way to sort of view something together is to invite your friend to a 'party' and then start a netflix/youtube/etc. Video at the same time as shown in video from.
That would enable you to voice chat while watching the video on both of your headsets. It is kindof a janky way of doing it but it might work ok for you. Edit: Fixed my screwed up hyperlink. An easier way to watch just about ANYTHING with someone else on the Oculus Go is to sideload Rabbit, and have them join the rabbit room that way what you are watching is always perfectly synchronized and you don't have to worry about trying to start something at the exact same time as the other person. Check it out 👍 You can just invite the other person to the party in Oculus home like you would normally but instead of then meeting up in Oculus Rooms just both launch Oculus TV then launch rabbit and you can make a room of your choosing or you can each join the same room and see whatever someone else has playing 👍👍👍😃😁 • • • • • • •.
