I've gone into his uninstall and deleted tool bars freeware and obvious malware. Then I ran MB and then ccleaner. Then used Hiren's boot CD to open mini xp and run MB while in that and it found a virus malware. Does steam version of civ-3-for-mac require cd?. His computer is now able to load in 5 seconds and he is able to get on the internet and play runescape, but I still can't download programs such as firefox and windows updates.
